Connecting and encouraging - CGC practical pastoral care

"Encourage one another and build each other up, just as you are doing, in fact."

We are all involved, just by being part of the CGC Chelsmsford church family! We naturally make links and connections with the people around us.

So from time to time why not go out of your way to find out a bit about someone new, or invite some people you don't know very well to dinner...?

...because, we are stronger together.

None of us can know everyone - but like chain mail, each of us can be linked to a group of people around us... and like the armour, the church and each individual is protected and strong as long as the links stay connected.

And when stuff happens, sometimes we all need a helping hand... Life Groups are part of this
but at times, more is needed.

So we can call on peoples who give time and practical skills to make sure help is there... Keeping the links connected, because, we care.

How can you get involved?
Hospitality, cooking meals, visiting people, praying, cleaning, shopping, keeping in touch...

Your help can make a huge difference to the way it feels to be part of CGC Chelmsford.

So get involved, sign up for whatever level of commitment suits you.

Jesus said, "Everyone will know you are my disciples when they see the love you have for one another." John 12:35... Remember, Love is a verb!
